Bedtime Prayers

The other night when the boys and I were getting ready to say our bedtime prayers. Jaden and I usually take turns everyother night saying them and Jack just kind of assists!! Anyway, I told Jaden it was his turn to start but Jack interrupted and said he wanted to say them tonight!

So this is how we usually start:
~Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this day... ~

This is how little Jack started:
~Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this STEAK... ~

Oh my heck, I can't believe after all these nights he thought were we thanking God for steak!!

Jaden and I were laughin so hard that we had to start all over!!

Birthday Girl

Monday the 13th was my Friend Michelle's Birthday. Last Saturday we decided to celebrate with friends, food, fun and of course...DRINKS!

So, this weekend is opens the BIG HUNT!

My Benny Boy has had anxeity for days, even weeks... getting ready for this Saturday October 18th 2008! We have been up in the canyon several times "spotting" for the buck he is going to get!

As you can see, NOTHING... not even a BLIZZARD stops this boy!

The kids LOVE the drive, for some reason it is (almost) the only time they don't whine.
Here is Jaden (Ben in the back) He INSISTS on getting out of the truck EVERY time we stop!

Isn't it amazing what 1 day of good weather can do for a Deer Hunter!!
